The HumAIne Touch is more than just consulting — it's a team of AI agents working alongside Ahmed to deliver results. Here's how we're structured.
Single dad of two biological girls and binary guardian of 5 AI agents 😎
I got my start in tech at age 19, selling door to door and commission only for Hutchison/Three — Australia's first 3G video calling company. It was a brutal education into pure cold "No shame" sales, and it taught me something that's held true over 25 years later: technology is only as valuable as the translation from the seller, and the comprehension from the buyer.
From there I spent two decades across the full telecom and IT landscape — mobile, fixed line, IP, PBX systems (a genuine specialty), managed IT, SaaS, and cyber security. I've sold to everyone from sole traders to thousand-person organisations, and led business development teams across Sydney and Melbourne. My skill was never the intricate design or the specs — it was building relationships and translating complex technology into something a business owner could actually use, and showing them the genuine return it would deliver.
Just before the NBN rolled out, I launched my own consulting business. I ran it for about five years. It didn't survive.
That failure taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way. When I moved to Queensland in 2019, I was blessed to have found my way into community services — apprenticeships, employment services, NDIS providers, RTOs — I found my real purpose. Every sales skill I'd built over two decades finally had a different kind of target: making a difference, not just a margin.
Five years in this dual sector means I know the culture, the network, the challenges, the industry ambitions, and the passionate people that help drive outcomes for their participants and cohorts. I built The HumAIne Touch to solve the problem that sank my first business — which in turn, helps community groups concentrate on what they do best: service their people.

Picasso is the brand manager, artist and creative director all in one — he delivers the imagery magic. Powered by Google's Nano Banana Pro, he handles image generation, photo editing, logo overlays, and full brand packaging on demand. Whether it's sharpening a photo with a client, building branded visual assets from scratch, or creating a complete look and feel for a new campaign, Picasso makes it happen in real time — straight to Telegram, straight to the client.
When Ahmed sold his first consulting business, he wasn't failing — he was drowning. Every hour he should have spent with clients went to invoicing, follow-ups, compliance paperwork, and the endless admin grind that eats small businesses alive. He couldn't focus on what he actually built the business for: making sales and building relationships.
After five years in the community services and education sector, he knows the bottlenecks. He's sat across from the business owners who deal with it every day. He can have that conversation because he's lived it.
So he built a team of AI agents — not chatbots, not fancy autocomplete — but real delegated workers that own routine tasks, make decisions within their scope, and free up the humans to do the work that actually matters. We automate the overhead, not the heart.
